Blood ToyotaThe Blood Motor Group, based in Geelong for over six years, has been utilising the services of the Tracy Group for some time, for a range of staffing issues such as basic job placement services as well as fee for service recruitment. We have tried other providers since being in Geelong, but never received the professionalism that Tracy’s have consistently provided. With over 200 staff members, we find the services of a quality employment services provider an essential part of the success of our business.
A key factor in Tracy’s service is their knowledge of the local labour market as well as genuinely gaining a full understanding of our business to ensure that their referrals not only meet the requirement of the job but also that the successful applicants fit well with our culture.
Another point of difference we have found with the Tracy Group is their exceptional follow up service once a new employee commences. We have found this service to be above and beyond what we receive from other employment agencies and goes a long way in ensuring that our new staff members become an integral part of our team. From a training point of view, the Tracy’s training arm ICP are again very proactive in this area in offering training services to our new and current staff to ensure that their growth potential within our business is always maintained. This has helped with our succession planning strategies as well as ensuring that our relationship with the Tracy Group is strong and continuously evolving.
We at the Blood Motor Group have no hesitation in recommending the services of the Tracy Group. They also demonstrate their commitment to the community by being a regular sponsor and supporter of community and sporting events.

Pipecon Pipecon initially enlisted the services of the Tracy Group early in 2007 with the pending commencement of The Goldfields Superpipe in Ballarat. It was clear to us that we would require a staffing solution to cater for the needs of the 15 million dollar project should we be successful in winning the tender. We received notification that we had in fact been successful in obtaining the project and therefore implemented procedures to source skilled crews for commencement. We required skilled labourers, plant operators and truck drivers to begin on two different sites.
Tracy’s are integral within the Civil Construction community of Ballarat so we felt confident we were receiving the right people for this project due to the industry knowledge of Tracy’s staff and their understanding of our requirements. Tracy’s advertised on our behalf, screened applications and advised us of potential candidates to fill the positions on these sites. Nineteen new staff members were added to our existing team of thirteen and the successful completion of the Goldfields Superpipe concluded in June 2008. Tracy’s eliminated the turbulence of employing short term staff and due to the quality of employees provided and company growth, we have employed most of the temporary staff in full time roles. The cooperation of the Tracy Group and their efficient candidate sourcing skills has lead Pipecon to another success. At any stage we are able to call on the staff at Tracy’s to provide us with staffing solutions and continue to do so with current and future projects in the Ballarat, Geelong and surrounding areas.
In conclusion, we look forward to continuing a successful relationship with the Tracy Group for all our short and long term staffing solutions.

With such a diverse range of services and duties, our organisation is heavily reliant on quality recruitment / employment and training services. The Tracy Group have provided us with a range of services for over two years. Their services, ranging from wage structuring advice, employment legal requirements and of course, recruitment services including fee for service, job placement and labour hire service are of the highest quality. Our allocated Tracy consultants are extremely professional in their service delivery and take a great deal of time in client relationship building, to the point that we firmly believe that they understand our business and our goals as well as we do. Due to their service quality, we often find ourselves recommending their services to other businesses including new businesses entering our local labour markets.
We often compare the quality of Tracy’s services to other players in their filed. Their biggest points of difference being local labour market knowledge, willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty (after hours contact, sourcing information) and their accessibility. Simply put, they are second to none. They know our needs so well that they often present potential employees to us unsolicited and these candidates invariably become important members of our team.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Tracy Group as a leader in their field and see them as an important component of our entire operations.
