TRACY'S EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

Heather Adams, the 2008 Recipient of the Outstanding Employee of the Year departs in April for one week at Uluru.
As part of the award, the recipient each year receives a Work Placement / Experience excursion to a remote part of Australia.

Tracy the Placement People are fortunate to have sourced a Placement for Heather with Anangu Jobs, an Employment Services Provider in Uluru working with local communities to assist in job search activities. Heather will learn first hand the issues faced by remote communities and experience the operational expertise of remote based Employment Services Staff.

Of course, while Heather will be exposed to situations that will ensure her personal career development, Tracys are delighted to be able to reward Heather with some relaxation as well including a Scenic Helicopter Tour over Uluru and the Olgas as well as a ‘Kuniya Sunset Tour’ encompassing a sunset walk into the base of Uluru.

The directors and management congratulate Heather on achieving this award and hope she has experiences that will stay with her for a lifetime.
